EVENTRA was founded in 2023 by Adrian Hof with a clear vision: to transform how major events manage their workforce. In January 2024 Julius von Egloffstein joined as co-founder and lead developer, and together they lead a small, dedicated team that combines deep expertise in AI and software development with hands-on experience in event operations. From festivals to corporate events, we build the tools that make complex staffing simple.

The idea for EVENTRA is born. Originally developed to digitize time tracking at festivals, the tool has since grown to cover much more.
The first working prototype of EVENTRA is used at Hardshift and Contact Festival.
Julius von Egloffstein becomes co-founder. The team expands.
Official launch of EVENTRA Professional. The platform is successfully used at the first event.
EVENTRA is used by over 1,000 active users at Ikarus Festival. With over 120,000 guests, a major milestone.
Official launch of EVENTRACheck at Echelon Festival. Over 2,000 background checks were processed successfully.
