Tiers accumulate over the contract year: from the 501st shift you pay €4, from the 2,001st €3 – only for the shifts above each threshold. A billable shift is one person on one day: several shifts or time entries on the same day count together as one, and a shift that runs past midnight into the next day also counts only once.

Frequently asked questions

What is a shift?

A billable shift is one person on one day with a scheduled shift or a recorded time entry. Someone working several shifts on the same day, or a shift that also has a time entry, still counts once – at most one billable shift per person and day. A shift that starts in the evening and runs past midnight into the next day also counts as one billable shift, not two. Workers, volunteers, admin users and events themselves cost nothing.

How do the volume tiers work?

Tiers accumulate over your contract year, not per month. The first 500 shifts cost €5, shifts 501 to 2,000 cost €4 and everything above that €3. You are billed monthly on usage: each monthly invoice uses the rate of the band your yearly counter is in. A festival with 7,900 shifts a year ends up at around €3.30 per shift.

What is the platform fee for?

The platform fee of €99 per month covers hosting, support, SSO and all core features for unlimited users. It is not credited against usage. You choose whether it is billed monthly, quarterly or annually; usage is billed monthly.

Does the AI cost extra?

No. Shift proposals in the plan, duplicate detection and the review of the monthly closure are part of the platform and included in the platform fee. There is no AI module and no per-call unit; the AI is available even when the platform fee is waived.

Who gets the platform fee waived?

Non-profit and volunteer organisations, customers from our partner program, and design and reference partners. For them the fee is waived entirely; all usage rates stay identical.

How are modules like the payroll interface billed?

Every module has its own unit: the payroll interface €3 per employee per payroll month, the guest list €0.10 per issued ticket and accreditation €0.25 per accreditation. Modules are enabled on request – if you don't use a module, you pay nothing for it.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. You get 30 days free with full access to the platform, without platform fee and without usage billing.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. You can cancel at the end of your billing period – monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the interval you chose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You receive a monthly invoice covering platform fee and usage, payable by bank transfer, credit card or SEPA direct debit.

I still have a contract with admin seats. What changes?

Nothing, unless you want to switch. Existing seat contracts continue unchanged. You can move to the new model at any time – just get in touch.
