Every company enters its people, every person appears only once

You create the contractor with a quota, the contact gets a link and enters their crew themselves, including the data for the reliability check. If a second company enters the same person, or the same one in three spellings, the model reads across all lists of the event and flags what belongs together. You decide before the export whether it is one person.

What is the ZVÜ and which part does EVENTRA handle?

The ZVÜ (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) is the German authority reliability check for people who get access to security-relevant areas of a major event. EVENTRA collects the required personal data per event, exports it in the authority's format and records the result on the person. The check itself is done by the authority. In EVENTRA the ZVÜ is an optional part of accreditation that you switch on per event.

Do I need the ZVÜ to use accreditation?

No. The ZVÜ is optional and switched on per event. Without it, accreditation works exactly the same: companies enter their people via their link, rules assign passes by area and day, the pass lands in the wallet. Only when the authority requires a background check do you enable the ZVÜ fields and the authority export for that event.

Do external companies need an EVENTRA account?

The company's contact receives a link to their quota and enters their people there. An account for every entered person is not required; the pass can also be issued as a wallet pass without the app.

How does the pass get into the wallet?

After assignment the person receives a link to the wallet pass; in the crew app the pass also sits under “Digital pass”. The pass contains areas, days and the QR code for the entrance.

Can I hand out catering or parking passes with it?

Yes. Extra credentials such as catering or parking hang on the same pass and are scanned at the point of issue with the same code.
