Which placeholders can I use in the Word template?

Personal data such as name, date of birth and address, tax ID and social security number, bank details, plus event data such as event name, period, task and pay. The list of placeholders is in the template management.

Can I generate contracts for everyone confirmed at once?

Yes. From an event's application list, contracts for all confirmed people can be generated in one run. Every person receives their document as a task in the app.

Is the confirmation in the app a signature?

The person confirms the document in the app, EVENTRA stores the time and account of the confirmation on the document. Whether that suffices for your contract type or a paper signature remains necessary is for your legal advisor. EVENTRA supports the paper route with a download of the filled-in contract.

Which documents can I request?

Any document types you name yourself: health certificate, driving licence, social-insurance proofs, certificates. The person uploads them in the app, HR sees the status per person and per document type. On upload the AI proposes document type and expiry date and matches the name against the profile; HR confirms the proposal on the document.
