On arrival, AI compares the application with your form: a missing document, an unreadable upload, a date that does not match the ID or an IBAN that does not match the name is flagged, and the person is asked for it right in the app.

Every application is checked against your form: are all required answers there, is every requested upload readable, do name, date of birth and ID match, does the IBAN belong to the account holder? Whatever is missing or inconsistent, the person sees immediately in the app and supplies it. Exact duplicates by email and name are resolved on arrival; typos and double names are clustered by the model across the whole list. HR sees the finding on the application and decides.

How free is the application form really?

Completely. What does the AI check on an application?

Whether everything your form requires is there and whether it fits together: missing required answers, documents not uploaded or unreadable, a date of birth that does not match the ID, an IBAN that does not belong to the name. The finding sits on the application and the person is asked in the app to supply it. HR decides, the AI does not.

Does the crew need an account to apply?

Yes, the application runs through a personal account in the crew app or the browser. The account is free and belongs to the person; the application and master data stay for further events.

How does EVENTRA detect duplicate applications?

On arrival, email address and name are matched against existing applications and employees. What the match misses — typos, double names, swapped fields — the model clusters across the whole list. A possible hit is flagged on the application, HR decides whether it is the same person.

Who assigns the qualification tags?

HR. Applicants state preferred tasks and experience; the HR team confirms the qualification itself and stores it as a tag. Tasks in the shift plan can require a tag.
