MRR = monthly recurring revenue from HR licenses and usage-based fees (shifts, volunteer shifts and accreditations). Payouts are monthly, once the customer has paid. Clawback applies only on cancellations within the first 6 months. Custom terms negotiable for strategic partnerships.

Example: you refer an event organiser with 3 HR seats who runs around 260 shifts a month across their events. Workers and volunteers are always free — revenue comes from HR seats plus per-shift usage, so your commission grows with their event volume.
