For payroll offices

For payroll offices and tax advisors

Your client plans their event crew with EVENTRA. This is what you get from them, in this format, at this time. So that a month with 300 new temps is an import, not retyping.

What you receive

  • Master data only for new and changed people

Name, address, date of birth, nationality, tax ID, health insurer, social security number, bank details, person group, start date. Entered by the person themselves, with required fields and check digits.

  • Movement data per wage type

Hours or amounts per person, wage type and payroll month: base hours, night surcharge, Sunday and public holiday surcharge, from released check-in times and your time rules.

  • Exits

Short-term employees are delivered with an exit date after the event, re-entries next year as a new start.

  • Export history

Every export is archived with date, people and totals. In an audit, hours and payroll demonstrably match.

Formats

  • DATEV LODAS

ASCII text files per DATEV record description, Windows-1252 character set, separate for master data, movement data and exits. Advisor number and client number are stored per client.

  • DATEV Lohn und Gehalt

Import files for master data and movement data with personnel number, wage type, payroll month and value.

  • DATEV data service

On request hand-over via API straight to DATEV, if your firm enables the access. The file remains as proof.

  • StoTax

CSV files for master data and changes in the StoTax import format, with person groups and accounting type per period.

How the month runs

  • By the 3rd: release of hours

The client releases the hours and closes the month. Conflicts and missing master data are flagged beforehand.

  • Export

The client exports master and movement data for your software and sends them to you or hands over via API.

  • Import and feedback

You import into the payroll software. If something is missing, you report it back; the client completes it in EVENTRA, not in an e-mail.

  • Person groups

101 subject to social insurance, 109 Minijob, 110 short-term employment, with a flag for flat-rate taxation. A change within the year arrives as a change with a date.
