What is the crew app for event staff?

The app your crew uses to accept shifts, check in on the event day, upload documents and ask HR questions. It is part of EVENTRA, available for iOS and Android, and costs the crew nothing, however many people use it.

How does the crew get their shifts?

As soon as HR assigns a person, they get a push with the offer. In the app they accept or decline, the status is in the shift plan immediately. The app icon counts open offers.

Can the crew maintain their own personal data?

Yes. Address, bank details, tax ID and social security number are entered by each person in the app. If HR requests a certificate, say a health certificate, the person uploads it as a photo.

What does a team lead see in the app?

Whoever is entered as team lead of an area sees that area's live view: checked in, planned, missing. Scanning happens from the same view. No admin rights needed.

Do volunteers and external staff need the app too?

Anyone with a shift can use the app, including volunteers and staff from service providers. The application runs through the same link, the account is free.

For an open shift, the planner sees a suggestion: qualified, available, rest period and 70-day limit respected, with reason and confidence. One drag into the plan, and the offer goes as a push to exactly that person. They see area, time and meeting point, accept or decline, and the answer is in the plan without a call back. What is left open, the app icon counts.

Check in by scan, whatever the signal

The app shows the personal QR code, the supervisor scans it with the same app. No signal at the build-up site? The scan is stored locally and transmitted at the next connection, with the time of the scan, not the transmission. Afterwards the crew sees their recorded times per shift.
