The EVENTRA App

Alongside the employee portal in the browser, EVENTRA is available as an app for iOS and Android. It is built for use on site: fast access to your own QR code, checking in and out on the device, and -- for supervisors -- a scanner that keeps working without a network.

You sign in with the same credentials as in the browser: by password, by one-time code (OTP), or via Google or Apple.

The tabs

Startseite — home

The greeting follows the time of day ("Guten Morgen", "Guten Abend"). Below it:

• Erste Schritte -- a checklist with a progress counter: complete master data, upload a profile picture, create your first application.
• Neu für dich -- what is pending right now: incomplete master data, a security clearance application to submit, requested documents, or a new assignment ("Du wurdest für den 14.08. eingeplant.").
• A Live badge when your event is currently running.

All events you can apply to, with a detail view and the application wizard.

Your personal QR code -- the credential supervisors scan when checking you in and out.

Aktivität — activity

Your own history in three areas -- Bewerbungen, Schichten and Zeiten -- each with a detail view.

For shifts you see the status (Offen, Eingeteilt, Bestätigt, Abgelehnt) and accept offers directly. Before accepting, the app shows your master data for review and asks for the usual confirmations -- accuracy of the data and minimum age, unemployment status, the 70-day limit for short-term employment, and the terms and conditions. Confirmed shifts can be added to the device calendar.

Profile

The profile gives you Stammdaten, Dokumente, Benachrichtigungen with notification settings, E-Mail ändern, Passwort ändern and Konto löschen.

Supervisor tools

As a supervisor you check your team in and out on the device:

• Scanner -- scan the employee's QR code; a torch toggle helps in the dark. The app needs camera permission for this.
• Personen suchen -- anyone without their code to hand is found by name search.
• Check in and out -- via a slider ("Zum Einchecken schieben"), with IBAN confirmation if your organisation has enabled it.
• Kommentar and Bewertung -- feedback on the shift, from "Sehr schlecht" to "Sehr gut".
• Meine Zeit starten / beenden -- supervisors record their own time too.
• A daily overview shows how many people are currently checked in and how many check-outs are overdue.

Offline operation

Festival sites rarely have stable connectivity. The app expects that:

• Bookings are stored locally when there is no connection ("Offline eingecheckt", "Wird synchronisiert, sobald wieder Internet verfügbar ist.").
• An offline list can be pre-loaded per event so people can be found without a network.
• The Synchronisierung page shows how many bookings are held locally and offers Jetzt synchronisieren. Once everything is transmitted: "Alle Buchungen sind synchronisiert."
• If a transfer fails, Sync-Probleme appear with Erneut versuchen and Verwerfen.

Language

The app follows your system language or the language stored in your EVENTRA profile. Your organisation can additionally have content such as event names and task descriptions translated -- see Languages & Translations.
