Live Overview
The live day: spot missing check-ins and overdue check-outs while there is still time to act.
The Live-Übersicht (Live Overview) is the command centre for the day that is actually running. It answers one question: who should be here right now and isn't? The page subtitle says it plainly: "Fehlende Check-ins und Check-outs erkennen, solange sich noch etwas tun lässt."
When the page appears
The Live entry appears in the sidebar below the event switcher -- highlighted, with a radio icon. It only shows up when it is worth looking at:
- At least 5 staffed shifts are planned for the selected day.
- You hold at least the partial planning permission tier.
- As a pure partial planner you also need at least one unit assignment in the currently selected event -- otherwise there would be no rows for you to see.
On quieter days the menu entry disappears again. If you open the page directly anyway, you get the empty state "Keine geplanten Schichten", noting that the live overview becomes available as soon as shifts with staff are planned.
Sidebar badge
If at least one check-in is missing on a running day, the Live entry carries the number of overdue people as a counter right in the navigation -- so you don't have to keep the page open.
The day stepper
At the very top you move between event days:
- Vorheriger Tag / Nächster Tag -- page through the event one day at a time.
- Heute -- jump back to the current day; today additionally carries the suffix "· heute".
- Below each date sits the planned shift count (e.g. "42 Schichten") or "keine Schichten".
Next to the stepper is the refresh status: "zuletzt aktualisiert HH:MM", or "lädt…" while loading. If a refresh fails you see "Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen" and the last loaded data stays on screen. On a hard load failure the page shows "Live-Daten konnten nicht geladen werden." with a Erneut versuchen button.
The six states
Every row on the live overview sits in exactly one state. Badge, chart segment and filter chip all use the same classification -- a row can never be called two different things in two places.

Grace period and overdue threshold
A check-in only counts as missing 15 minutes after the planned start -- punching in two minutes late raises no alarm. A check-out counts as overdue once the planned end is more than 60 minutes in the past.
Not everyone sees „Nicht eingeplant“
Rows without a matching shift only appear for planners with event-wide access. A partial planner sees only their own units -- and a punch without a shift cannot be attributed to any unit.
The charts
Every chart doubles as a filter. Each one carries the hint "Anklicken, um zu filtern".
Status
A donut splitting the day across the six states -- "Wo steht der Tag gerade?". Clicking a segment filters the table to that state.
Erfassungsgrad (completion)
Two progress bars for the share of due punches that have been recorded:
- Check-ins · done/due
- Check-outs · done/due
Due means the planned moment lies in the past. If nothing is due yet, it reads "Noch nichts fällig".
Pünktlichkeit (punctuality)
Distributes all recorded check-ins by their deviation from the planned start:
- früher (early)
- pünktlich (on time)
- 5--15 Min. spät
- 15--30 Min. spät
- > 30 Min. spät
- gar nicht (no check-in at all)
Tagesverlauf (timeline)
The hour-by-hour curve of "planned versus actual attendance across all event days":
- Mit Zeiten geplant -- headcount from shifts with an explicit start and end time.
- Geplant gesamt -- including all-day shifts; the footer states how many of them are all-day.
- Tatsächlich anwesend -- people actually checked in; hours in the future stay empty.
- A "jetzt" marker shows the current hour.
The chart scrolls horizontally across all event days.
All-day shifts in the planned curve
Shifts without fixed times cannot be spread across hours exactly. The planned curve therefore uses the assumed shift duration configured under Einstellungen › Zeiterfassung.
Bereiche (units)
The completion rate per unit, including all sub-units -- worst first. As long as you are not on the lowest level, clicking a bar drills one level deeper ("Balken anklicken, um eine Ebene tiefer zu gehen"); on the lowest level it filters instead. Shifts without a unit are grouped under "Ohne Bereich".
Tätigkeiten mit Lücken (task gaps)
Answers "which tasks are causing the gaps?" -- stacked by Check-in fehlt and Check-out fehlt. If everything is clean: "Keine Lücken -- alle Tätigkeiten sind sauber erfasst."
Überfällige Dauer (overdue duration)
How far check-outs are past their time, bucketed into 1--2 Std., 2--4 Std., 4--8 Std. and > 8 Std.
Filter chips
Every chart click becomes a removable chip in the filter bar. Multiple chips combine additively (AND): "Bereich = Backstage" plus "Pünktlichkeit = > 30 Min. spät" shows only the badly delayed check-ins in the backstage area.
Chip groups are Bereich, Pünktlichkeit, Tätigkeit, Überfällig seit and Status. The unit dropdown (Alle Bereiche) additionally lets you search for a unit directly. Alle Filter zurücksetzen clears the bar.
The table heading tells you what you are looking at: "Alle Einträge des Tages" or "Gefilterte Einträge".

If nothing matches the selection you see "Keine Einträge für diese Auswahl" with a Filter zurücksetzen button.
A typical pass
If check-ins are well below 100 %, the day is not cleanly recorded yet.
The unit chart sorts the worst units to the top. Drill down to the unit where the gap actually sits.
Clicking the status segment leaves only the relevant rows.
The phone column exists for exactly this reason. A missing check-in at 09:15 can still be rescued -- the same entry in payroll three weeks later cannot.
Filter on Check-out überfällig and work the list top-down using "Überfällige Dauer".
The live overview corrects nothing
The page is an early-warning system, not an editing tool. Times are still created, corrected and released under Zeiterfassung.
