Marginal Employment (Minijob)
The monthly decision per mini-jobber: export times automatically or record them manually.
Mini-jobbers are subject to a monthly earnings limit. If somebody exceeds it, their times must not simply flow into the regular export. Lohnbuchhaltung › Geringfügige therefore forces a deliberate decision for every mini-jobber in the selected month.

Setting the earnings limit
You maintain the monthly limit under Einstellungen › Lohnschnittstelle in the Minijob-Grenze section. It is used to calculate and validate working times and is denominated in your tenant's currency.
The two headline figures
Two tiles sit above the table:
- Nicht freigegebene Zeiten -- how many employees still have unreleased times. Those times are missing from the earnings total and can distort the decision.
- Noch zu entscheiden -- how many mini-jobbers out of the total are still open.
Release first, then decide
As long as not all times for the month are released, the reported earnings can still rise. Work through time tracking first -- see Abschluss vorbereiten.

The two decisions
- Automatisch -- the times flow into the export as usual.
- Manuell -- the times are kept out of the export and recorded separately.
Auf „offen" zurücksetzen reverts a decision; the row then counts towards "Noch zu entscheiden" again.
Safeguards
„Neue Zeiten wurden freigegeben — bitte erneut entscheiden.“
If another time for the same month is released after your decision, the row automatically flips back to open. The basis for the decision changed, so the decision has to be made again.
„Zuletzt manuell“
If the same person was set to Manuell in the previous minijob month, the row carries a Zuletzt manuell badge suggesting you check whether that applies here too. It is a hint, not a default -- the decision is still made by hand.
Sidebar counter
The Geringfügige entry shows the number of open decisions for the last completed month. No number means the month is fully decided.
If there are no mini-jobbers in the selected month, the page reports: "Keine Minijobber in diesem Monat."
