The 70-Day Rule
Track the working days of short-term employees across the calendar year — including days carried in from other employers, plus a forecast.
Short-term employees (Personengruppe 110 / 110-N) are only exempt from social security contributions as long as they stay below the statutory day limit in the calendar year. Lohnbuchhaltung › 70-Tage-Regelung counts those days from the time entries and warns before the limit falls.
Arbeitstage kurzfristig Beschäftigter (Personengruppe 110 / 110-N) im Kalenderjahr, gezählt aus den Zeiterfassungen. Ab 70 Tagen entfällt die Sozialversicherungsfreiheit.
The limit applies across employers
All short-term employment days in the year count -- including those worked for other employers. EVENTRA only knows its own days; the external ones you add as a carry-in.
Configuring the thresholds
You maintain the three values under Einstellungen › Zeiterfassung in the Kurzfristige Beschäftigung (70-Tage-Regelung) section:
| Value | Default (Germany) |
|---|---|
| Grenze (Tage) -- limit | 70 |
| Warnung ab -- warn from | 50 |
| Kritisch ab -- critical from | 65 |
The rule is always: warn ≤ critical ≤ limit, each between 1 and 365 days.
The table
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Gearbeitete Tage | Days from your own time entries; the detail view breaks them down per event and names the last day worked |
| Übertrag | Days at other employers, entered by you |
| Verbraucht | The sum of both against the limit (e.g. "54 / 70"), followed by the remaining free days |
| Prognose | Days used plus a projection from events already booked |
| Status | Unkritisch, Beobachten, Kritisch or Limit erreicht |
The Status field filters the list down to one risk band.
Unreleased times are counted too
If someone still has open times, the row says so: "n Zeiten noch nicht freigegeben -- bereits mitgezählt." The number is deliberately conservative -- it shows too many days rather than too few.
Carry-in from other employers
Clicking the carry-in column opens the Übertrag für name dialog:
- Tage bei anderen Arbeitgebern -- the employee's own statement, usually from their self-declaration.
- Notiz -- where the figure came from.
The row then shows Gesetzt von name, so it stays traceable who entered the value.
The forecast
The forecast converts already booked future events into working days. How it does that depends on the comparison data available -- the row always states its basis:
| Basis | When it applies |
|---|---|
| The person's own work density | They have enough history this year. |
| Average across all short-term staff | No own history available. |
| Every event day counts as a working day | No comparison data at all -- the most cautious assumption. |
The forecast detail view lists the planned events together with the days still open. If there are none: "Keine kommenden Planungen in diesem Jahr."
A forecast is not a promise
The projection is explicitly labelled as such. It helps you have the conversation early -- it does not replace asking the employee.
The charts
Höchste Prognosen — highest forecasts
Days used plus projection, sorted descending. A dashed line marks the limit. Until anyone has worked: "Noch keine Arbeitstage in diesem Jahr."
Verteilung ab n Tagen — distribution above the warn threshold
Deliberately only the critical band: employees between the warn threshold and the limit, bucketed. How many sit below is shown as a footnote ("n unter 50 Tagen"). If nobody has reached the warn threshold, the chart says exactly that.
The coloured bands follow your configuration: below warn, from warn, from critical, from the limit.
