Recognition & Volunteering
Evaluate volunteer hours and configure the metrics, tiers and badges volunteers see.
Volunteers do not work for money -- they work for the cause and for recognition. The Anerkennung area turns that into something visible: it evaluates the hours contributed and defines which metrics, tiers and badges volunteers see in their own portal.
Volunteer mode add-on
The Anerkennung entry only appears when volunteer mode is enabled for your tenant. You need the full planning permission tier. When volunteer mode is active, EVENTRA in turn hides the entire Lohnbuchhaltung area -- volunteer assignments are not billed.
A toggle at the top right switches recognition Aktiv or Inaktiv. While it is inactive, volunteers see no achievements page in their portal.

Below sit the Top-Helfer (top contributors) and the Badge-Vergabe (badge distribution). With nothing recorded yet the page reports "Noch keine Stunden erfasst." and "Noch keine Badges vergeben."
Metriken (metrics)
Choose which metrics are visible to volunteers, and set the labels they see.
The table has three columns: Metrik, Aktiv and Bezeichnung (Freiwillige). Available metrics:
- Stunden (hours)
- Einsätze (shifts)
- Events
- Jahre in Folge (consecutive years)
- Aktive Jahre (active years)
- Aufgabenbereiche (roles)
- Dabei seit (tenure)
The Aktiv switch decides whether the metric appears in the volunteer portal at all. The Bezeichnung is the wording volunteers see -- so you can name "Einsätze" in your own words.
Rang & Stufen (rank and tiers)
The primary metric determines volunteers' rank and the tier thresholds.
First pick the Hauptmetrik -- it is the basis for both the rank ("Rang 12 von 340 Helfern") and every tier threshold.
Stufe hinzufügen adds as many tiers as you like. Each tier has:
- Bezeichnung -- the tier name.
- Schwellenwert -- in the unit of the primary metric.
- Symbol and Farbe.
With no tiers configured the section reads "Keine Stufen konfiguriert."
Abzeichen (badges)
Badges are awarded automatically as soon as a volunteer meets the configured trigger.
Every badge has Bezeichnung, Beschreibung, Symbol, Farbe and exactly one trigger:

Depending on the trigger the dialog shows the matching field -- Stunden, Anzahl Events or Jahre.
Retroactive
Badges evaluate against existing history. Create a badge for "Events gesamt: 5" today and everyone who has already helped at five events receives it immediately.
What volunteers see
