Tickets & Wallet Passes
What the guest receives: ticket e-mail, web ticket, Apple and Google Wallet — and how you style artwork, colour and text colour of the pass.
Every guest receives a ticket by e-mail. It contains a QR code, a link to the web ticket and the buttons Zum Wallet hinzufügen for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. All three show the same code -- the guest decides what to bring to the door.
The ticket e-mail
Subject, heading and text are maintained under Einstellungen › Gästeliste › Allgemein › E-Mail-Texte (block Ticket), per language. A guest receives the mail in their language -- stored on the guest, else on the contact, else the Standardsprache der Gästeliste.
The mail also contains:
- the hint "Zeige diesen QR-Code am Einlass vor."
- for companions: "Dieser QR-Code gilt für alle n Personen dieser Buchung."
- for a price: "Der Betrag wird am Einlass eingesammelt. Bitte halte ihn bereit."
- the guest list's Support-E-Mail as reply address ("Fragen? Schreib uns an …").
The web ticket
The link in the mail opens the ticket in the browser -- without login, via a personal token. It is the same card the wallet pass shows, and stays valid until the guest is cancelled. After that it reads: "Dieser Platz wurde storniert. Über diesen Link kommst du nicht mehr ins Event."
The wallet pass
The pass for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet shows:

Multi-day events
If a ticket type is bound to a day (Gültig am), the pass carries that day. Apple Wallet surfaces the pass on the lock screen around the respective day.
The design
Colour and text colour apply to every pass of the tenant; an event can deviate.
Tenant-wide
Under Einstellungen › Gästeliste › Allgemein › Ticket-Design:
- Hintergrundfarbe -- as colour picker or Hex-Wert (e.g.
#171717). "Der Untergrund jedes Passes; Beschriftungen und Trennlinien ergeben sich daraus." - Schriftfarbe -- Automatisch picks the more legible of white and black; Hell and Dunkel fix it.
- The preview next to it is the real pass with sample data (Max Mustermann, Beispiel-Festival, Gästeband, Camping) -- what you see is what the guest gets.
- The contrast is checked: "Kontrast 12,6:1, AAA" -- or as a warning "Kontrast nur 2,1:1. Unter 4,5:1 wird der Pass schwer lesbar."
Design speichern applies the choice.
Per event
Under Gästeliste › Konfiguration the event has its own Ticket-Design section: "Eigene Farbe und Schriftfarbe nur für dieses Event. Ohne eigene Wahl gilt die des Mandanten." The text colour additionally knows Vererbt here; Mandantenfarbe übernehmen resets the event. It is saved together with the rest of the event configuration.
Artwork
Also in the event configuration: the Ticket-Artwork -- optional, "erscheint auf dem Wallet-Ticket und in der Ticket-E-Mail dieses Events. Ohne eigenes Artwork zeigt das Ticket nur die Eventfarbe."
- Square (1:1) recommended, at least 270 × 270 px; JPG, PNG or WebP up to 4 MB.
- After the upload EVENTRA checks the image: "Gute Größe für Wallet-Ticket und E-Mail." -- or "Nicht quadratisch. Das Ticket zeigt Ränder in der Eventfarbe." or "Kleiner als 270 × 270 px. Auf hochauflösenden Displays unscharf."
